Many times realtors simply list a home at any price in order to win the listing. Sometimes realtors simply add their fees and closing fees on top of the homes estimated comparative market value so that it satisfies the seller. Lastly most realtors simply list your home on the MLS and hope that another realtor might find them a buyer. Sadly, it is rare that these homes sell because they are overpriced, under marketed and the buyers go elsewhere.
